To ensure that each print arrives in pristine condition, they are shipped in a rigid tube or box, depending on whether it is framed or unframed. Upon receiving the prints, we recommend laying them flat for one day prior to framing or hanging them.
These prints are delicately handcrafted, and thus we recommend that they are treated with the same level of care as you would any other piece of art.
Through our silk-screening process, we ensure that each print is beautifully printed, yet no two prints will be identical.
Framing and Matting—
We have formed a partnership with The Frame Maker in Toronto, Canada, to be able to offer museum-grade frames, ensuring that the prints last forever. The Frame Maker is a local shop, in which owner Alexis Forti, as a certified picture framer, personally handcrafts each aspect of each frame. A true master of his art, Alexis hand cuts and assembles the wood, glass, and all mounting materials.
Please note that if you purchase a frame without matting, the deckled edges of the paper are not visible. When purchased with the matting, we under-mount the mat, so that the deckled edges of the paper are visible.
